Securitas Training and Talent Development is responsible for designing and deploying unsurpassed security training programs. Management staff and security guards are given a clear training path and the required tools. With ongoing classroom learning, on-line training, and on-the-job training, we are constantly learning and growing.

Canadian General Standard Board Certified (“CGSB”)

We are CGSB Federally Certified and Provincially Certified to provide government-approved training. Our extensive training program has many levels, each with progressively more detailed training for more senior security guards and staff. Candidates must pass the Securitas and Provincial training programs prior to being employed as a Securitas security guard. There are more than 100 training courses some examples include:
