We measure our operations through key figures such as emission reductions, energy efficiency and social engagement. Our annual sustainability report provides detailed insight into our performance and future goals.

Securitas actively collaborates with local organizations to promote safety and sustainability. Our initiatives include clean-up events, educational initiatives and volunteer opportunities for our employees.

We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint by switching to electric and hybrid vehicles. Our Green Fleet Initiative aims to have 25% of our vehicle fleet electric by 2025 across all Securitas countries, which will contribute to lower emissions and a cleaner environment. In Norway, we are much further ahead than most other countries in the transition to electric vehicles.

Our employees are central to our sustainability strategy. We offer training and development opportunities to equip them with knowledge and skills in sustainability. In addition, employees are encouraged to participate in local sustainability initiatives and contribute ideas for improvements.
