Each District Office gives unique area-specific attention to staff and customers.
District Manager
- Manages each client account and site
- Responsible for local HR decisions, customer service, and budgets
- Ensures guard performance and service excellence
- Responsible for Health & Safety, and Quality Control for all District staff
Business Development Manager
- Develops and manages relationships with prospective clients
- Promotes Securitas to prospective clients for the sale of security services
