We are pleased to announce the appointment of Scott Jupp as the new Area Vice President for Greater Toronto & Southern Ontario at Securitas Canada. With over twenty-seven years of security and executive leadership in various roles, Scott has a proven track record of empowering teams and delivering measurable results.
Prior to joining the Securitas Guarding Team, Scott served as Senior Director of National Sales at Stanley, which later became Securitas Technology, where he managed the electronic security and access technology sales. With a diverse background that includes roles such as General Manager of Ontario and Director of Vertical Markets, Scott brings extensive expertise in P&L ownership, sales strategy, organizational leadership, and security systems & solutions. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed large-scale operations and cultivated long-term relationships with key clients, driving sustainable success in highly competitive markets.
His leadership is further demonstrated through his active involvement in industry associations, where he has served as Ontario Chapter Chair for the International Association for Healthcare Security & Safety (IAHSS) for three terms, Regional Chair for Eastern Canada, and as a member of the International Membership and Nominations Committees. He is also an active member of ASIS International, where he serves on the National Women in Security Council.
