Pamela has established a strong track-record for producing value-add outcomes that influences high-performance, maximizes talent contributions, and enables solutions and customer service excellence. Pamela is responsible for country HR leadership, including HR strategy & best practices, talent acquisition, leadership development, training, health & safety, compliance, performance management, workforce planning, labour relations, and change transformation. Pamela holds a Master Degree in Leadership, a second Master Degree in Adult Education/Organizational Development, and a Bachelor Degree in Sociology & Human Resources. Pamela also holds the advanced professional designation Certified Human Resources Executive (C.H.R.E.).
