Scott Jupp

With over twenty-seven years of security and executive leadership in various roles, including Senior Director of National Sales, General Manager of Ontario, and Director of Vertical Markets, Scott has a proven track record of empowering teams and delivering measurable results. His expertise spans P&L ownership, sales strategy, organizational leadership, and security systems & solutions. Throughout his career, Scott has successfully managed large-scale operations and fostered long-term relationships with key clients, positioning organizations for sustained success in competitive markets.

Scott holds an Executive Management certification from Cornell University and a specialization in Loss Prevention & Risk Management from Conestoga College. He is also a Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator (CHPA), Healthcare Safety Professional (HSP), and is certified in Security Supervision & Management. His leadership is further demonstrated through his active involvement in industry associations, where he has served as Ontario Chapter Chair for the International Association for Healthcare Security & Safety (IAHSS) for three terms, Regional Chair for Eastern Canada, and as a member of the International Membership and Nominations Committees. He is also an active member of ASIS International, where he serves on the National Women in Security Council.
